We are excited to announce, effective July 1, 2018, Interfaith Housing Assistance Corporation of Chester County becomes North Star of Chester County! This change is the result of a lot of hard work from staff, our Board, and volunteers—so many people contributed to the exciting new chapter of our agency. A special thank you to Just In Time! Communications and Tom Dintaman for helping us with this process. As excited as we are about what comes next, we’re also celebrating what came before. 2018 marks our 25th anniversary of helping single parents succeed, providing support for hardworking families, keeping them in their homes and out of homeless shelters. We look forward to serving Chester County families for many years to come.
While our name is changing, our mission is not. We are still dedicated to providing rental assistance, case management, and additional supportive services to struggling single moms and dads to help them become self-sufficient. We believe keeping people in their homes strengthens families. And strong families create strong communities.
