Beginning in spring 2018, North Star of Chester County began providing case management services in Phoenixville thanks to a partnership with Orion Communities Inc. This is a convenient change for participants in the northern part of the county and part of the agency's ongoing effort to address the needs of the people we serve. Our main office is still in the heart of West Chester, but we wanted to eliminate barriers such as transportation issues for our hardworking parents.
