A very special thank you to Sianna McKinley from Monarch Staffing for presenting this weekend's "Hands On Career Workshop" at North Star of Chester County. Sianna is Monarch Staffing's Business Development Manager/Staffing Consultant for both Chester County and Montgomery County. She has extensive experience helping companies build new partnerships and finding new clients. Sianna holds a BFA in Theatre from the University of the Arts, Philadelphia and has worked as a corporate communications coach, on-camera spokesperson, and voiceover spokesperson for multiple corporations.
Her Hands On Career Workshop focused on communication in the workplace: how finding your voice and learning how to communicate effectively can serve you in your current job or in your search for a new one. Attendees shared personal triumphs and challenges, what strengths they felt made them good employees/candidates and what, they felt, were any barriers holding them back.
