This weekend, friends and families of North Star gathered at Highland Orchards for food and fun in the sun. Well, a few clouds joined us but we were spared the rain previously in the forecast. Our Annual Family Summer Picnic is a time for staff, Board, volunteers, North Star alumni, and supporters to get together and spend quality time with the families in our program. This year's picnic was generously supported by WSFS Bank who also donated a mountain of school supplies which we gave away during the event.

School supplies were also provided by the Resident Outreach Committee of Maris Grove and First Presbyterian Church of West Chester donated $25 gift cards to office supply stores.
Wegman's also contributed $100 in support to provide healthy and delicious food to our families.
